MERLIN Messaging is
ideal for companies that are new to voice messaging, as well as
growing companies with changing business needs. Housed inside the
MERLIN MAGIX Integrated System, MERLIN Messaging is affordable and
flexible, supporting 100 hours of message storage for two, four,
or six ports and up to 200 subscribers. Merlin Messaging offers
voice mail, call handling, and Automated Attendant features that
work seamlessly with the MERLIN MAGIX Integrated System, as well
as Merlin Legend® system R7.
Merlin
Messaging is an affordable, feature-rich voice messaging designed
specifically for the MERLIN MAGIX™ Integrated System and also
compatible with the MERLIN LEGEND R7 Communications System. It is
designed to help improve customer service, increase productivity
and lower costs by giving you the ability to manage your telephone
calls.
Automatic
answering and routing of calls helps ensure fast call handling
during even your busiest calling periods. "Lost"
calls are virtually eliminated, allowing you to meet customers’
needs more promptly and accurately - increasing customer
satisfaction. "Telephone
tag" is reduced, thereby reducing the cost of call-backs and
improving how employees use their time. The system can
automatically detect incoming faxes and direct them to fax
machines, eliminating the need for and added cost of dedicated fax
lines.
Multilingual
mode allows you to offer menu prompts in a choice of languages to
meet the needs or
preferences of your callers. Voice messages are recorded
word-for-word and can be saved, forwarded or deleted.
