You
have the option of choosing from three high-quality service
protection programs regardless of whether or not you have
purchased your system from United Telecom. Each program has been
tailored to meet your specific needs.
Our
Advantage Package restores or repairs
any damage to the equipment (i.e. cards, chassis and all
proprietary telephones) and software.
The
Advantage Plus Package combines the
services provided in the Advantage Package and includes labor at
no charge. Voice Mail and Call Accounting may be added to the
Essentials Plus Package.
Our
most popular service protection program is The Advantage Complete Package which entitles our customers to all of the
features of the Advantage Plus Package as well as any remote adds,
moves, or changes at no additional cost.
